Ticketr supports a rich set of custom modal components for ticket creation and intake forms. You can combine interactive inputs with layout elements to build tailored forms for your community.
Discord Limitation Notice Discord allows up to 5 components per modal, with a maximum limit of 4 custom interactive fields per ticket form.

Components

Text

string
An open-ended text input field for short single-line responses or multi-line paragraphs (e.g., ticket subject, problem description). Supports setting minimum/maximum character lengths and placeholder text.

Choice

A static dropdown menu allowing members to select one or multiple pre-defined text options from a custom list.

A set of radio buttons allowing members to pick exactly one option from a single-choice list of options.
string[]
A group of checkboxes enabling members to select multiple options simultaneously from a defined list.
boolean
A single toggle checkbox for standalone binary choices (e.g., agreeing to server rules or confirming an issue).

Select

User[]
A dynamically populated Discord dropdown menu enabling users to search for and select one or more server members.
Role[]
A dynamic Discord dropdown menu enabling users to search for and select one or more server roles.
User[] | Role[]
A combined Discord dropdown menu allowing users to search and select either server members or roles.
Channel[]
A dynamic Discord dropdown menu allowing users to select specific text, voice, or category channels. Can be filtered by channel types.

Layout

string
A read-only content block used to display guidance, instructions, or disclaimers directly inside the modal. Full Markdown formatting is supported (bold text, links, bullet points, code blocks).
