Ticketr can keep a log of everything that happens with your tickets, so you always know what went on, when, and who was responsible.

The ticket log channel

The ticket log channel is where Ticketr posts a message every time a ticket is opened, closed, or gets an update. You configure it in the dashboard under System -> Ticket Log Channel (or via /settings).

No log channel? If no ticket log channel is set, Ticketr simply skips

logging so tickets still work normally, you just won’t get the log messages.

What each log entry contains

Every log message is colour-coded by type and includes the ticket it belongs to: All entries end with a link to the ticket channel, so you can jump straight to the conversation. Notifications are suppressed on log messages so your staff aren’t pinged by the log channel.

What isn’t logged to Discord

Configuration changes, creating or deleting categories, editing panels, toggling settings, and adding/removing users from tickets are not posted to your log channel.
