/settings opens Ticketr’s configuration dashboard directly in Discord. It’s the in-server equivalent of the web dashboard, useful when you don’t want to leave Discord, or when you’re already handling a ticket.

Usage

The command takes no options. Everything is configured through the dashboard it opens.

The System section

Most of the settings you’ll reach for live under System, including:
  • Ticket System Enabled: turns ticket creation on or off for the server
  • Ticket Log Channel: where tickets post on open, close, and update
Changes made here apply exactly like changes made in the web dashboard. See Logging for what gets posted, and where.

Access

/settings is restricted to members holding an Admin Role, which is the role set that grants dashboard access.
Ticket Admin The global Ticket Admin grants unrestricted access across all categories, ignoring standard manager restrictions. Only give it to trusted administrators.
If the command does nothing when you run it, check your roles under Normal Roles in Permissions.
