/transcripts manages transcripts which are the read-only records of everything that happened inside a ticket.
This page covers the commands. For how transcripts are captured, who can view them, the web viewer, and retention per plan, see Transcripts.

Subcommands

/transcripts create

Creates a transcript for the channel you run it in.
The command takes no options and always acts on the current channel.
Access Restricted to members with an Admin Role or Staff Role configured in /settings.
Ticketr automatically creates a transcript whenever a ticket is closed. You only need this command to manually capture a transcript on demand. After processing, Ticketr responds with a View Transcript button for instant access in the web viewer.
No messages found If the channel has no messages, or the transcript can’t be saved, Ticketr will tell you and won’t create an empty transcript.

/transcripts list

Lists the most recent transcripts saved in your server.
integer
How many transcripts to show. Minimum 1, maximum 25. Optional.
Each entry shows the ticket number, who opened it, when it was created, and a View link that opens the transcript in the web viewer. If your server has no transcripts yet, you’ll get a “No transcripts have been saved for this server yet” message.
